Terms of Service

These terms cover what the service does, what we expect from you when you use it, and how pricing, delivery, and enforcement work. Worth reading before you pay.

01

Scope of service

  • We provide an OpenAI-compatible API gateway to third-party models, along with plan purchases, credit top-ups for an existing key, balance and order lookup, and the documentation on this site.
  • Parts of the service depend on third-party payment processors, upstream model providers, and infrastructure. We may perform maintenance, change how a component works, or take something offline temporarily when we need to.
  • Model availability and pricing follow our upstream providers. Models can be added, repriced, or withdrawn; the live catalog and prices are always on the pricing page.

02

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your email, API key, and order details accurate. An incorrect email is the most common reason a delivery goes astray.
  • Treat your API key as a credential. Usage authenticated by your key is billed to your balance, so do not commit it to a repository, paste it into a shared document, or embed it in client-side code.
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful, for attacks against systems you do not control, or in a way that violates the policies of the upstream model providers whose models you are calling.

03

Prohibited content and use

  • Sexual or NSFW content; violent or gory content; hate speech; content that is unsafe for children, including any child sexual abuse material; non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading synthetic media; and content that infringes copyright or trademark.
  • Content that is unlawful, knowingly false, defamatory, harassing, or that facilitates gambling, fraud, or terrorism, and content that violates another person's privacy or personal information.
  • Circumventing or stripping AI-content provenance markers, data poisoning, coordinated inauthentic behavior, engagement manipulation, abusive scraping, vulnerability exploitation against systems you do not control, or generating malware.
  • Reselling or redistributing access in a way that hides the underlying provider terms from your own users, or sharing one key across parties in order to evade rate limits or abuse controls.

04

Pricing and delivery

  • Token usage is billed per token with no minimum. Input, output, cache reads, and cache writes are each billed at their own rate — see the model pricing page for current rates and how billing works for the mechanics.
  • The plan price, bonus rules, and credited amount shown before you pay, together with the order record, govern that order. Prices can change for future orders; a change never reprices an order you already paid.
  • Credits do not expire. They remain on your balance until you spend them.
  • If a payment succeeds but credits do not arrive, or a delivery fails, we investigate using the order and payment records and correct it.

05

Limits and enforcement

  • Where we find malicious ordering, anomalous calling patterns, fraud, or other high-risk activity, we may decline requests, rate-limit or suspend API access, hold an order or top-up, or terminate an account. To the extent applicable law allows, we may void unused credits obtained through fraud.
  • For child sexual exploitation, terrorism, mass violence, or non-consensual sexualized deepfakes, we apply zero tolerance: access ends immediately and we report to the competent authorities where the law requires it.
  • We may update plans, payment methods, and usage rules. When we do, we reflect the change on the relevant pages.

06

Moderation and reporting

  • Content risk is handled through the upstream providers' own safety controls, anomaly monitoring, user reports, and human review. Because we deliberately do not log your content, we cannot and do not pre-screen every request; we act on the signals and records available to us.
  • To report suspected abuse, reach us through the contact page. Please include the account or order reference, the model involved, when it happened, and why you are reporting it. For anything involving child safety, terrorism, or imminent danger to a person, mark the subject urgent so it is triaged first.
  • Depending on severity we may warn, decline requests, restrict features, suspend a key, or terminate an account. Where necessary we preserve evidence and cooperate with payment providers, upstream providers, or authorities. You can ask us to review an enforcement decision through the same channel.

07

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we cannot guarantee against delays caused by third-party payments, networks, upstream model providers, or scheduled maintenance.
  • AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Review and verify anything you rely on or publish, and take responsibility for that decision.
  • To the maximum extent applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any matter is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Where law grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
